Paul Posted December 10, 2018 Report Posted December 10, 2018 I'm not sure I understand. Editing a KB article causes a Youtube embed code to disappear? Quote
qba82 Posted December 16, 2018 Author Report Posted December 16, 2018 Yes, You edit article with Youtube, make any changes You need, save, and there is no Youtube video. Quote
Tyson Posted December 19, 2018 Report Posted December 19, 2018 I don't believe that the CKEditor, which is the WYSIWYG you added the HTML to supports iframe. It is itself an iframe and probably conflicts with iframes you add to it, and doesn't have a way of allowing you to preview it either. I noticed that there is a CKEditor add-on that supports iframes though, as described here. We can look into integrating support for that, then you can use the YouTube embed code to set an iframe using that new iframe dialog. Quote
Paul Posted December 20, 2018 Report Posted December 20, 2018 There's also this plugin for Youtube videos specifically that may be preferable, particularly since it's probably going to be common to embed youtube videos. https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/youtube Quote
