Editing Email Templates Doesn't Save But Kicks To Portal

When I enter text into the welcome email portion of existing packages and click update, it waits for several seconds and then kicks me to the portal with no saved changes. (Previously when I tried editing the default email templates, some would edit, and the other half would also kick me back to the portal unsaved, so I gave up and moved to a different url such that I didn't have to edit those templates.)

 

Any ideas?

do you have PHPIDS installed? sounds like you do and something is upsetting it.

Yes, PHPIDS is installed.

 

Interesting resolution. I went to find the PHPIDS plugin and saw that two modules needed upgrading after the 3.0.4 patch. After upgrading those, I tried editing the package welcome emails again . . . and all is well; the updates now save.

 

Weird.
