Try again, then look at your module logs under Tools >> Logs.  There should be a cPanel log for listpkgs and I imagine the output log will show you some kind of error returned by cPanel.

Looks like he was able to solve the problem after looking at the module log.

Some browsers can translate them automatically, e.g. Chrome has an option to "Translate to English" when you right-click the page.

but the browsers cannot translate the image files...

 

by the way i never meant to hurt the feelings or sentiments related to language
