For now, the order form gives an option to select "none" for the available add-on, but I need to set a parent service with an add-on as a mandatory. Any ideas? Quote

It would be possible through the use of a config option to have a minimum requirement for things like quantity, but addons are services and there is no mechanism to force the selection of an addon when ordering the parent service.
