Configurable Option (Type Quantity) with Setup Fee per unit

I'm having trouble trying to accomplish the following setup for a Configurable Option on a package.

I am using the Configurable Option (Type Quantity) to sell 'seats' or 'licenses'. I would like charge a Setup Fee for each license.

Using 1 Month term Price: 5.50 and Setup Fee: 2.00 (see image)

When adding the service to my client Blesta correctly calculates the Price x the Number of Licenses but will only add one 2.00 Setup Fee to the order total.

My logic is that the 2.00 Setup Fee should be multiplied by the Number of Licenses as configured and added only to the first Invoice.

Example of what I am expecting:
Number of Licenses of 5
Price per Month: 5.50 x 5 =  27.5
Setup Fee: 2.00 x 5 = 10 
First invoice total: 37.5

What Blesta is doing:
Number of Licenses of 5
Price per Month: 5.50 x 5 =  27.5
Setup Fee: 2.00
First invoice total: 29.5

Maybe my logic is wrong and adding just a one 2.00 Setup Fee is what I should expect but I was wondering if someone has a suggestion as to how get to a configuration where Blesta will add a Setup Fee per-unit on the quantity configured on the Configurable Option.

Not tested, but your logic is the logical logic

and blesta calcul should be the same as you have described

Can anyone from the Blesta team chime in?

I also tried 'Upgrading' a service with the same configurable option configured and it will not add the setup fee as expected.

Setup fees throughout Blesta currently apply only once and do not themselves have a quantity. This is something we're considering updating to allow a setup fee to apply only once or based on the item's quantity, but that behavior is not settled upon yet.

Thank you Tyson, would you recommend any way of accomplishing what I need for this product configuration with Blesta as it is right now?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to have the setup fee be a multiplier of the variable quantity without updating the source code to essentially add that feature in. If the option could have a static quantity then you could have a static setup fee cost associated with it easily.
