reload,reboot,ip management feature requested for dedicated server

dedicated server need this feature for any provider

1. OS Reloads

2. IP Management for Dedicated/Colos

3.Reboot

i know about universal module and using them but it not work. we every think manually.

above think atleast work with any provider. not only few i donot want.

i think you should first search for a software that do this like virtual datacenter, something like DCI Manager, NOC .... ect, then make a module to interact with their API .
