how to add client's domain service manually

I've moved from boxbilling to blesta,

and i want to add 1 of my member domain service to his account on blesta . But the problem is, my member domain doesnt related to any account of my logicbox reseller (because i order from another hosting company). How to add service domain manually , without related to logicbox?

If it's just for billing you could just setup a recurring invoice.  It would probably be better though to use the  'Universal Module' to create a package for that domain, that way you could have it email you when they pay for renewal, cancel or it gets (or should be) suspended.
