evolvewh Posted March 23, 2018 Report Posted March 23, 2018 I've noticed that a client can be marked as 'inactive' when they have active services. I would think a quick check could be put in place to prevent this?
Paul Posted March 23, 2018 Report Posted March 23, 2018 It's intentional. Marking inactive will prevent the client from logging in, but any active services will continue to be billed as normal. It would be cool to have a feature that would automatically mark clients inactive after they do not have any services/invoices/etc after a period of time.

Why would you want a customer to not be able to login while they have active services? They may need to update a credit card on file or view what services they have, etc.
