PayPal Payments Standard issues

Hey all

I set up the normal paypal gateway and I am having issues with it. I made sure my api keys are correct but blesta is not getting notifications of invoices being paid. There is no logs under the gateway tab eather.

Any idea what direction i should go to get this to work correctly?

I guessed that was the issue just could not find the correct file to point it to (kind of feel dumb now)
