Hi which module are you using? did you import from another system?

Be sure the client has a valid state and city and zip code .

i am try to add domain from admin panel. customer already signup but i am try to add services but not worked

the client has a missing field, can you check the output log wich error exactly is returned .

from admin area navigation bar:

tools->logs->(module tab)

just to note, our Logicboxes Reloaded module handle almost 90% of case when a required field is empty, also is optimized for error display, for example if a missed zip code it should the error that zip code is missed or phone or invalid address ...ect
