Is there a screenshot or  a demo for this ?

What does " Epp " mean ?

We usually register and keep our domains with GoDaddy .

Is a Registrar System that use EPP, Godady is not using it .

Seems this plugin does the same thing as the "Generic Domains" plugin.

What exactly is the MAIN difference ?

if you can't distinct  between EEP and Generic Domain so i can't do anything for you . Some ccTld use EPP like .mx or .eg or .ma or .pt.

1) -  So it would seem the "EPP" would be like a backup for whatever the "Generic Domain" plugin cannot retrieve.

So overall, the "Generic Domain" plugin should cover most of the TLD's our clients would need.

Correct ?

=========

2) - What WHOIS engine is the "Generic Domain" plugin pulling from ?

What guarantee do we have that if the WHOIS engine goes down that there will be a backup to retrieve the TLD domain lookups from ?

for Generic Domain lookup we are using the open whois servers for every extension, you can check them in the source files.
