I have 2 shared hosting packages showing in client portal,i created 3 and only 2 show is there something i'm doing wrong,do i need to create a order form for each package i create?

are they in the same package group? if not are all the groups on the order form

No different groups  only one group on the order form  do i need to create a order form for every package i create?

Add each package you want to the group, For instance 

Group {Hosting}-> Starter, Plus, Ultimate

Group {vps} -> Vps1, VPS2, VPS3

Then on your order form add the groups to each order form

I understand what's going on... Okay at the bottom of the order form you need to move the OTHER group into it and then it will show up on the same order form.
