Packages Do not show, cPanel Default Plugin

I'm using the default cpanel plugin and works ok with 2 servers. But one has connected ok but not showing Packages.

When adding a package, Selecting that server shows empty on packages. But the API is added ok and I can connect to the server from blesta using API as well.

What might be the issue for this scenario? Thanks

are you connected with root or reseller?

have you created the packages firstly in whm?

This is very strange as I am running a VPS just fine. As BlestaAddons said make sure that the packages actually exists in WHM and if you haven't done it for any be sure that your using tokens instead of the hashing.
