Currently, our client gets an email that says "An invoice has been created for your account and is attached to this email in PDF format." I would like it to include a list of line items in the email so the client can see this is a $30 invoice for web-hosting. Are you familiar with the tags employed by the email templates? You can find a list of tags for each email template in the docs here. Particularly the Invoice object tag under 'additional tags' sounds like it will be useful to you.
