mass mailer The export could not be found on the file system.

Not much information here, so this is my best guess.  You queue a client email export that had 20 clients in it.  You ran the cron to create that export.  When you tried to download that export it gave you the 'export could not be found on the file system' error.  Is that correct?  I don't understand what the point of the second 2 screenshots is.

yes i try to download that export which is not working

Well the first thing I would check is whether the uploads/[company_id]/mass_mailer_files/ directory is writable.
