Currently any such date conversion in Blesta that crosses over the time change will be off by one hour. As I mention in this thread, the problem should be resolved in v4.2. Blesta Addons 1 Quote

Not sure what you mean by 'without affecting anything else'. As far as changing the date, that is simple to do manually by editing the invoice.
