Useful for warning, note, etc. boxes Bookmarking system for customers so that they can quickly find the articles which matter to them Import system which can parse markdown and other wiki syntaxes Category tree in a sidebar? Blesta Addons Posted August 14, 2014 Report Posted August 14, 2014 The knowledgebase will be part of the Support Manager (ticket system) plugin, and is assigned to CORE-994. We are going to try to get this done for 3.4. Any suggestions/feedback on features are appreciated. with this case , i will stop writing new section for this plugin (seting/permission) , so i finish the client side and put it free to the community , they can use it until the new code one come available .
