Hi,

I want to add a custom payment option like offline payment. When clients will select that option, they will redirect to a instraction page like containing information about how to pay via mobile banking. At the end of the instraction page there will be a check option that I have read instraction & if they mark on that check option some custom field will be shown.

Example of custom field:

Client ID, Invoice ID (both might be auto filled grabbing user data), Transaction ID, Amount etc.

Filling that option, clients will click on 'checkout/submit' option, than a support ticket will be created under Manual Payment department including their submitted information. Admin will check ticket & manually confirm payment.

 

Please lgive instraction/tutorial/documentation how can I make this though I'm a new blesta user and not a developer :(

The current Offline Payment gateway will allow you to write instructions for clients, however, integrating non-gateway functions, like creating a support ticket, are not supported. You will need to create a new gateway that includes your custom functionality. One of these developers might be of help.
