Hi,

I've a domain reseller account on resellogy.com which is using myorderbox (supersite) & foundation api. I tried to linked my domain reseller account on blesta logicboxes module. But showing the following error though I've whitlisted my IP:

 

The reseller ID and key combination appear to be invalid, or your LogicBoxes account may not be configured to allow API access.

 

Registrar Name: Resellogy

Reseller ID : *******

Reseller API: ***********

have you found a solution to this?

@cyandark, having same issue with a different reseller site also. Get same message. Any ideas?

Since this post I attempted again and it accepted. Have you tried again since? maybe just needed time to setup account.

I tried twice time after my post, yet it's not working.

Well it needs some time time to whitelist IP after you submit your IPs.....from 30-60 minutes....but it may some time to throw out error even after few hours..I remeber few times on client installations I had to save account sandboxed first than swirch off...

It's more than 24 hours passed but yet not fixed. Facing the same error!

in commun error is a whitelist IP error .

you must white list the main server ip .
