megdi Posted August 11, 2017 Report Posted August 11, 2017 HI. I am new with blesta. I have tried trial license of blesta and now i plan to migrate to blesta and plan to use Multi company feature. I bought license from licensecart.com with 1 multi company addon license. I interest to use multi company feature and tested it. After i change license "License Key" page then i add new company. unfortunately i always found Notification about There are no addon company licenses available. Please log in to your account at account.blesta.com or contact sales to purchase additional company licenses. i tried to contact licensecart support but no response more than 2 days. I know they close support at Saturady and sunday. But i sent ticket On Aug 9 2017. Chat on Blesta.com always offline. Is there reseller of blesta license which give support 24/7 or better? I want to support blesta fighting whmcs, But this experience make me Lose hope If no solution, i must think twice to migrate from whmcs. Thank you. Quote

Yes Right. it is really simple problem. I am sure it. This more over make me worry. Simple problem should be able solved quicker. I used WHMCS more three years and never open a ticket about anythings. please remember, now is friday. if they don't solve this issue today, that mean i must wait Monday. They only open support Monday untuk friday. I can wait their replies for hours for simple issue, But waiting a response more than 2 days and may be potential to extend until more than 5 days, it can break my schedule. Quote

Addon companies have to be manually provisioned as there's no way to automate them yet. That license now has 1x addon company. Abdy 1 Quote
