Order Form - Coupon Code Not Working Before Paying

I am testing my blesta before going live and I am having several issues.

 

I entered in my coupon code and it accepts it, but when I get to the last page before selecting payment processor the price goes back to original price.

I've not experienced this yet, if you enter it and it is connected to the product your ordering it should work. I've had clients using promotions myself.

Yes it the coupon is assigned.  It even accepts it and adjusts the price  aswell.  It just when it gets to the last page before payment proccesor.  I may have to submit a ticket for this then

If you could re-do the steps and if you can get jing (Screen recorder from http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html) you can make a bug report in the correct form with the video and they can look into it.
