Hello -

I have a package setup to bill monthly for a year (Term set to 12 and Period is monthly ) and it invoiced correctly the first month but then the renewal date is set to a year out so I have to manually change it. Is that not the correct configuration? Thx

12/monthly would mean bill every 12 months (which is yearly).  You would want to set it up a 1 monthly which means bill every month.  I am not sure if there is a way to add an end date effectively for it to stop billing after a year.

Services renew until cancelled, so 12 months means that you're charging for 12 months, and then in 12 months, it will renew for another 12 months. If the customer should be billed monthly, then you want a term/period of 1 month as @mrrsm so kindly mentioned. :blesta:

Thanks for the clarification on that...I was trying to create a discounted package based on a one year commitment billed monthly but it doesn't look like that's possible.
