Configurable Option Error for Add On

I'm trying to use an 'add on' that I created to use in conjunction with the current SSL Store module and every time I go through the configuration process (on the admin side), I get the attached error message. On the front side, the client is able to get through the process without any issues. Why is the system telling me it's an issue with a 'configurable option'? I double checked and the only configurable option I have for this product is for the SAN (the same configurable option that comes with the module).

I wanted to update this. I am not able to add the 'add ons' during the initial service creation (from admin side) but if I add the service by itself, I am able to go back in using 'manage' and add the add ons with no issue. This one was for a Comodo SSL cert.
