Price Calculation - What went wrong?

Question

Posted

Using v4.0.1 with 2 configurable options (universal module). The pricing is high (see attached screenshot). It should be $209.39 (we don't charge any taxes). Anyone know if this is configured wrong or a bug?

is a 59.4$ additional, maybe you have a prorate ?

the invoice generated has the correct amount ?

None of it is pro rated. I didn't actually generate the invoice because this total was wrong and I didn't want that sent to the client. I'll test it today with other packages and see what happens too. Thanks for the suggestion too.

Correct the term . I see parent has 12 month . Addons has 1 year .

I thought you were onto something there. I tried changing to 'year' and I still get the same error though. It's only on the admin screen when I attempt to manually add a service for a client. Front side works just fine when a customer checks out on their own.

That seems strange. Do you have any custom extensions or custom source code in Blesta that may interfere? Did you encounter it with different packages/options?

We use logicboxes extended and cpanel extended. I also modified the support tickets a little bit but nothing that should be causing this. I'll have to test a few other packages that use other modules and try to narrow it down.
