How Do We Whitelist an Email Address to Avoid "Support Request Failed" ?
The payment gateway that we use is not able to send emails to us because they are not an "official" member / user of the Blesta system.
So the payment gateways emails are getting bounced.

The emails are not even reaching our C-Panel webmail.
Is there a way to bypass this email so that we can get emails form this particular email address into C-panel's webmail ?

Does Blesta have an "Email Whitelist" function ?
IF not, can this be added as an "update request" to the software's functionality ?
