The drop down used in Blesta v3.2.2 contact details forms for entering State / Province for the UK, is a mixed bag of all UK towns, cities and provinces, rather than provinces only. Which seems odd, considering the contact form City input is only a text input and not a drop down of UK towns and cities, which is what you'd expect.
