Hello We have updated the screenshots for the latest Blesta 3.2 with Blesta Live Chat RC 1.0.2 released yesterday

That option alredy exists Just go to Live Help menu, click on top right on "Menu" then on "Settings" and finnaly click on "Widget embed code" and you can configure and then just copy the code and past on any external web page

Sorry about not clarifying this You can install this on any verion 3.1.X or Above of Blesta without problems. Also you will not lose any configurations, just upload and click on "Upgrade" in the Plugin Settings

New updated version that supports 3.2 Booststrap theme (you can install on 3.1.X or above, you will not loose any configurations), with some modifications and fixes (updated 01-05-2014) This the first Release Candidate for Blesta Live Chat. We as Company, can say that we are in Buisnesse since 1998, we manage serveral thousands Servers and Domains we have since 2004 went to: WhmAutoPilot (2004-2006) AWBS (2006-2009) WHMCS (2009-2014) (We have tested also in 2014, Hostbill, ClientExec and BoxBilling) Blesta(2014-...) Im not going to convice you by telling that WHMCS is Better or Worst, each client decide freelly but what can I say is this: 1º- Is there any outher software in this market that as almost every file open to make changes? Blesta is the only One, so if Blesta dosent support some function or you whant to change something, you can do it without any problems. No other software in this buissness do this 2º- How many people use Blesta? There maybe thousands, and its beginnig to grow every day, and with this latest 3.2 Version, and the upcomming 3.3, Blesta will became one fo the Best coded scripts out there for a Hosting Buisness 3º- Can I sleep at night with Blesta? That we know, there isnt any flaw for now, like has appen with WHMCS in the last 2 years, (thats one of the main reasons why we have decided to try outher scripts) Our Veredict: WHMCS = Good Design, Good Support, Lots of Modules, Bad Coding (there are bugs still present since 2010), No Open to Changes, Files Not Decoded, Price ok BoxBilling = Good Design, Bad Support, No Open to Changes, Files Not Decoded, Dont Like the Price Model ClientExec = Good Design, Good Support, Lack Some Modules and Feautures, Open to Changes but not quickly enought, Files Not decoded, Price ok HostBill = Good Design, Bad Support, No Open to Changes, Files Not Decoded, Very Expensive Blesta = Good Design, Good Support, Open to Changes, Files Decoded, Price Very Cheap for what is offered. (Dont forget that you can ask for a module or plugin that you need, and Blesta and all of us developpers will help you and build it ) Think for your self, "what do I need that Blesta dosent have?" than if something is missing for you, tell us I hope that helps you to dicide what is better for your case

The price override will be released on Blesta 3.3, so wait a few more weeks after the 3.2 went stable We are also waithing for some new feutures (only for Domains) and all of them are almost coming

We will release on Friday the version for 3.2 because for now dosent detect the new themes But you can install without problems, and then on Fariday you will need to just upgrade

We are hopping to release on Friday the Support Manager Pro for 3.2 with some new feutures You can have both installed Support Manager and Support Manager Pro (it will cause confusing to some clients that also will see 2 options for Support Manager, but will work without problems)

+1 for this, I also (and clients) like to see the support tickets on dashboard

Not in full but I have to say great way to add the multitask menu wen a ticket is selected I will merge all your new feutures and the way how muiltiselect works to Blesta Way I will only have time to see all on the next tusday I hope time pass fast to start working on our Blesta 3.2 Have a nice weekend

This is an easy plugin , but have to built a "News" Plugin with the extra options to populate to Twitter and Facebook. We are going to make it, (we have built one for WHMCS that Post to Twitter and Facebook wen we post to the "News" section) We have now a list of new plugins and modules to release in the next weeks - Module: Blesta Universal Domain Registrar (the process will be similar to Universal Blesta Module, but more easy to config and just for Domains) - Plugin: Blesta Bookmarks (A Plugin to easily add Links to the Menu (Admin and/or Client Side) for External or Internal content with public and private notes) - Plugin: Blesta CSF Unlock (for cPanel and Directadmin) - Plugin: Blesta News (to easely publish news and with the options to populate to Facebook and Twitter) Is going to be a busy month after 3.2 release lol

I have traced the problem and Im adding the fix (for now the bug is only on Registrars Modules eNom, InternetBS). The problem is wen no string is retuned, for exemple we have this code to populate Whois Fields: foreach ($whois_sections as $section) { if (isset($data->{$section})) { foreach ($data->{$section} as $name => $value) { $vars->{ucfirst($section)."_".$name} = $value; } } } and we add a simple string check (is_string) like this: foreach ($whois_sections as $section) { if (isset($data->{$section})) { foreach ($data->{$section} as $name => $value) { if (!is_string($value)){$value = "";} // check if is string $vars->{ucfirst($section)."_".$name} = $value; } } } The problem is wen is empty fields wen retriving external data Regards, PV

You are right For now for exemple, wen loading tabs/pages inside blesta I think there is 2 actions: 1º - The ajax page or tab loading 2º - The external content loading inside the page/tab The first one (1º) is what is more conserning, so if there is a loading image/message wen we request a class="ajax", this message will display untill the 2nd (2º) action ends because I see this on all ajax requests: class="ajax" <!--is wen an ajax request starts if Im Correct on a <a> hyperlink--> That call a funtion (in admin theme) in here: app/views/admin/default/javascript/jquery-blesta-0.1.0.js So the loading function have to be including in the file above, correct? and will eliminate more than 90% of all requests in admin wen loading ajax content. Im not going to see the client side because the 3.2, and I know that after the release of 3.2 I will have some work to do to convert all my plugins and modules to bootstrap

Hello, Some plugins and modules require to request external data. Sometimes the data loading takes to many seconds, and there is no indication anywhere that the data is loading. This problem is wen ajax requests are in action, and the data is loading to the parsning porstion of the page. Here is a good exemple/solution http://jsfiddle.net/jveldboom/c73MQ/2/
