What Registrar Module are you using?

Maybe a feature request is to show on Packages->Order Forms-> Edit a list of all Packages in the selected(s) group(s) as list and in each Package show the Name and a direct link to be able to add

I also agree AWBS was/is the best Rock Solid Billing Hosting System, much better than WHMCS/Hostbill (in terms of Solid/Stable/Reliable), we also used for many, many years Still isnt any billing system with an Advance Domain Managment system like there is now on AWBS, it does almost averithing. Its to bad is dead, and it was a mistake from us moving after AWBS to WHMCS, but we have learned from our mistakes We are trying to add every functionality that AWBS has on Domains to Blesta I also agree there maybe lots of clients stil using AWBS

Its better to show the Language selector on all pages (Autenticated or Not) For exemple, we are Portuguese, and we have several clients in outher countries, if some client goes to Login Area or Ticket Support, and it dosent have the Language Selector (Default Portuguese), it can be a litle dificult to outher people to understand

At first I was not thinking in the new gTLDs, only on TLD's, because there are so many new gTLDs its easy to get by API than insert one by one Its a bit more complicated this part on importing a CSV, because you can have/make duplicated TLD's with diferent prices, and there ir also the "Group" problem that you can have multiple groups also. We will try to make some tests on this

I usually dont design animated Gifs (I think the kast anumated GIF was in 2008 lol), so there are some rules to get it perfect (we use Adobe Fireworks for image editing), and so in the first animated gif we used the standard export with no pixel optimization and so it created that ugly withe line (I didnt saw at first lol) No you are not fussy, I like your aproach and direct talking (like i see on WHT foruns from you eheh)

None (im going back in may last answer lol) I have study all API commands in eNom/Internet.BS/LogicBoxes and all have a command to get all TLD's So we are releasing in one or two weeks that option that will retrive all TLD's automaticly

For the quantity of the Downloads (more than 200 downloads until today only on Support Manager Pro), and emails that we have recived from Support Manager Pro, I think everyone wants everithing that we have added above, its not in anyway advance In Support Manager native there is right now many "advance" functionality that we have initially added on our Support Manager Pro mod: Multi Select Split Ticket Merge Tickets Delete Replies And they are releasing next: Services Selection on Ticket (CORE-450) Custom Fields (CORE-450) Quote Reply (CORE-1318) Now its not so advance, its some minor option to help "us all" Maybe it could add an Advance option (now its advance ), to be able to disable some functions, for exemple functions you dont want Maybe you dont recive many tickets as we do (we recive from clients 20 to 50 Tickets per day, and we open several Tickets, not counting all replies)
