[Plugin] Support Manager Pro - Tickets Delete, Merge, Spam, Multiple Tickets.

Did you have removed any reply of that ticket? Maybe you have deleted all replies, but the the ticket still exists witout any reply. We have alredy detected that bug wen removing all replies and will be fixed in the nex release. Like Mike (Licensecart) said do this: 1- Go to phpMyAdmin, and open your Blesta Database 2- Selet the table on the left "support_ticketspro" 3- On the right see the entry of the ticket that you have deleted the replies, and click on "Delete" Hope that helps you for now until we release the next version (one or two days after Blesta 3.3 that will be out very soon) -

Its only necessary it the php.ini dosent load the mailparse If it works now, dont do anything else

1- OK I also can help you on this wen you release it 2- Its easy to do friendly URLS - Add an extra text field called "furl" - Add a rule to remove every special character and convert spaces to minus "-" and also convert all characters to lowercase (more easy lowercase) - Wen submiting the form to save the new announcement, check if the "furl" is unic, it cannot have the same name twice - Now on accessing the url for the announcment, just add a function to search by "furl" field insted the "id" field this way will be like for exemple: /client/plugin/knowledgebase/client_main/article/how-top-install-cpanel-in-vps/ insted of /client/plugin/knowledgebase/client_main/article/22/ Hope that helps If you want I can also help you on this after you release it Regards, PV

We have found the problem and fixed for you The problem was that the default session directory was not writable, so it can not store session. To any user that has the same problem, here is the fix: open the file: [blesta instalation folder]/plugins/live_chat/vendores/blc/index.php After the line 9: @ini_set('session.cookie_httponly',1); add this: @ini_set('session.save_path','/tmp'); // to set the default session directory Hope that help outhers Regards, PV

1- Did you trie to uninstall and then install it again? very strange. Can you please trie to modify to any outher user and password, and then check in phpMyAdmin the table "lh_users" if there is any change to the new user. 2- The badge only shows if the admin/staff is in "online" status and there is one or more users on client area. If you are offline or there is no user in client area the badge dosent show because there is 0 (zero) useres online

Very strange indeed I have trie to reproduce but no luck Do you have any Cache system installed on your server (Nginx, Varnish etc..)? Did you have tried on outher browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.)? Only 4 tings in my optinion is happening: 1º- Browser caching problem 2º- Server caching pages and data 3º- MySql Caching somehow the results 4º- php.ini Post/Request restrictions Please send us feedback Regards, PV

Hello, First i recomend you to read this: http://docs.blesta.com/display/dev/API After that you can create your API key on yor Blesta going to: Settings->System->API Access Now click on "ADD API USER" and creat a user to be able to access to your Blesta API. The error "Website Doesn't Exist For xxx" occurs when the domain does not exist in your ResellerClub account. Normaly the error will be displayed when a domain transfer is in progress but will automatically disappear when the transfer is complete.

On Tools->Logs->Email you can access all emails sent by your Blesta. If you want to see the details of one email or resent one email, just click on date or subject of that email and it will expand and show you the details and options. If you use cPanel you can install/Activate like this: SSH on your server and execute: pecl install mailparse Now edit the php ini file with: nano /usr/local/lib/php.ini in the last line add this: extension="mailparse.so" Now save and test it
