I’ve encountered a bug in Blesta related to the removal of managers. Here's a detailed description of the issue:
When a client adds a manager who does not have an active account on Blesta and then attempts to remove them, Blesta displays a success notification (“The manager has been revoked successfully!”). However, the manager remains listed and is not actually removed.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Add a manager to a Blesta account where the manager does not have an existing account.
Attempt to remove the added manager.
Blesta will display a success notification indicating the manager has been removed, but the manager will still appear in the list with a "Pending" status.
