We wish to enable customers to add funds to their account without a products however the add funds button is there bu not gateway appears. I assume becuase an invoice is not generated. How can we enable customers to add funds via our CC gateway. ???

Make sure you add the cloudflare SSL certificate ( you can generate this from the dashboard ) and then add it to your server then set the SSL option in CF to Full ( Strict )
