The clent was trying to update the Whois information. Not the nameservers.

Support Manager - See previous tickets associated to client/email
evolvewh replied to Rocketz's topic in Feature Requests
What about search filters at the top of the ticket list? 1 to search by ticket # and 1 to search by client name? Date range would be another one to add. Sorry to hi jack this thread if it's not quite in line with the idea you have. -
I don't keep the log details that far back but I will have another case soon. I'm wondering if it has to do with the domain being locked?
-
Has anyone else experienced this? Here are the steps to reproduce it: Log into the clients side of the account. Go to manage and update any of the Whois information. Click Save (you'll see the success message) Leave the tab, go to a different page or tab and when you return to the Whois tab, the old information will still show.

Firefox is my preferred browser and it could be the add ons that I have to block / clear cookies, etc. I have seen the same pop up in Chrome though. Thanks for the tip and I'll see if Firefox has a similar option. Here's the solution: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/push-notifications-firefox

Is there any way to turn off the alert asking if I want to receive notifications from this site? Even though I say no, it appears on every page I load.

Blesta v3.6.2 Logicboxes Standard v2.2.1 I've got a client trying to update their Whois Info on their side (client portal side) and the changes say they are saved and I can see the success messages under Tools -->> Logs, however, the changes do not actually save. If they leave that screen and come back to it, it shows the old values. I can force the changes on the admin side and they work but the client side does not work at all for the updates. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?

Did you run ~/admin/upgrade/ ? Are there any errors?

Here on the first of the month, I have $0.00 invoiced today but I have a figure showing up for 'invoiced this month'. Shouldn't they both be zero in my case on August 1st?
-
Sorry to bring it up so many times. Happy to see a task for it!

Orginally mentioned here: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/6903-overview-outstanding-balance-question/ v3.6.1 Pending invoices are included in the outstanding balance total.

The feature they showed for the client 'order' link in v4.0 is a start to this. Will have to wait and see if it can be carried over to redirect to the same page when 'empty cart' is clicked.
-
The Order link is really nice. We manually added that to our site when we first switched over. If possible at some point, it might be nice to have group pricing based on current customer vs. non current customer. Without thinking through all of it, I could see us having the ability to assign 'price groups' on each order form. This would allow us to offer a break on domains or ssl or whatever to current customers. Just a thought but I like the direction of v4.0 so far from what I've seen.

Can this get a task to fix the bug? Hopefully it's not that difficult to fix.

Right now I'm seeing that if a customer clicks 'empty cart' for whatever reason, they are taken back to a domain screen or if they click 'Skip, order other items', they are routed to the main package group that they were last looking at. I would like to send them to the portal (where they will see every package group) in case they were looking at Comodo for example and decided they now wanted to purchase a Geotrust or they were looking at Shared Hosting and now they want to look at Managed VPS, etc. Bottom line is that I want them to see all packages / services available. Not just a single group. Has anyone thought about this or do you have a suggestion on how to easily update the link for 'Empty Cart'? Maybe it's simple and I just haven't looked into it enough.

I have already created pending invoices with future dates. I have just added up the totals and 'Overview' does include 'Open Invoices' and 'Pending Invoices' to create the 'Outstanding Balance' total. This is with v3.6.1 and I would guess it effects other 3.x versions.
-
I am talking about Pending Invoices. I have not added up the totals but the difference appears to come from the Pending Invoices in the system. I'll do the math to be more exact today and confirm.
-
Does the 'Outstanding Balance' on the Billing -->> Overview screen include 'Pending' invoices? I'm looking at ours and the balance is way to high for what is currently invoiced. I did go in and create a few pending invoices for future dates yesterday and I think they are being included in this total. Anyone else seen this?

Awesome to see that this has been completed. Thank you!

I think LIiensecart is asking what hosting control panel you use. If you have WHM or even cPanel only, you can trace all emails. Blesta of course sends emails as there are thousands of customers using it on a daily basis. It sounds like something related to your setup and we need more information to help and figure out the cause.

Blesta 4.0 > 4.1 Domain Question - Regarding Existing Domains
evolvewh replied to Rocketz's topic in The Lounge
Your Order Form 'Type' should be 'Domain and Other' and then the user is prompted to register a domain, transfer a domain or skip the domain and just order hosting. We use add on for DNS Management and Privacy Protection right now and then we have to manually process the privacy part. Hopefully this is cleared up in v4.1 -
Blesta 4.0 > 4.1 Domain Question - Regarding Existing Domains
evolvewh replied to Rocketz's topic in The Lounge
It's way too early to know for sure but based on the past, the guys have done a really good job of developing backwards compatibility and making the transition as smooth as possible. I highly doubt you're going to see them publicly discuss anything about 4.1 until 4.0 is out of beta. -
I didn't see this listed in JIRA but I just wanted to double check. If any developers are looking at this, I would like to receive a quote to make the gateway to support credit card and ACH transactions. Here's a link to the API info: https://developer.paysimple.com/ https://paysimple.com/

From what I've heard, no, it's not responsive. They had a reason for it but I don't remember what it was.
