I wondered this too because the domain, username and password fields should be on this screen if he was using the cPanel module. -
I'm not 100% positive but I think it can be done easier than that. If I get a chance, I'll look into it. I just like how it's more user friendly for customers.

It's best to import your WHMCS data first and the installer will setup the modules / gateways for every one available in Blesta. I believe it will use the Universal Module if you're using a module from WHMCS that Blesta does not have but don't quote me. It's been a few years since I did the import.

Thank you for finally answering this question. You need to change the name of the field in your configurable option or there may be a file you can modify but I'm not sure of the exact one. Someone else should be able to chime in and provide you with more information to be exact. -

How are you generating the form shown in the picture? I don't see how you could generate this form without a module. -

Is it the standard cPanel module from Blesta or cPanel Extended from CyanDark? You should also check the logs to see if any additional details are recorded there.

Which module are you using to provision the service? The payment gateway won't have anything to do with triggering a service to be created.

It should generate the invoice but it should never provision the service without the invoice being paid. Which module are you using?

One solution is to check the option on the order form to manually review every order. Did you create the order on the front side or from the admin area?

My guess is that it's the Universal Module with a configurable option for the domain field. -
Setup a test account and send a test order through so that you can see what it all looks like.

Instead of showing the validation errors on all forms at the top of the page, it would be more user friendly to customers if the field itself was highlighted with the message displayed directly below it.

Is your browser accepting cookies? Double check in another browser and see if the same thing happens or not.

I figured it was a bigger task to complete which is why I said it should be in another version but you know better from the coding side of things!

Sound to me like you have Blesta improperly installed or a conflicting plugin. These issues work just fine in a clean install and we use them all on a daily basis.

While I'd like to see this feature too, I'd also like to see 4.0 get released and maybe build this into 4.1 or 4.2!

I think they had a task to use local server time for this but I don't know what the core task number is.

4.0.0-b3 doesn't appear to have logs accessible through the menu unless it has been moved and I can't find it.

The system does work with attachments included. The one thing that I find strange is that you have to login to Blesta in order to download the attachment. Paul and team have said that it is to keep from having any malicious attachments delivered to your inbox but we still get them anyways.
