Look at dev.blesta.com and if it's there, it's publicly available to track. If not, they don't want to the public to see it yet. FYI, there is a reason they put out information at dev.blesta.com, docs,blesta.com etc. I do the same thing and go look around there to see if certain features or explanations exist too. It's really useful and I know the Blesta team spends a lot of time to create these resources for all of us.

I have no idea what the plans are. I just learned that RightSide also owns name.com I guess I've never looked too far into these companies because I've never had an interest in partnering with them.

Blesta 4.X beta with trial? cPanel extended

Did anyone else notice that Tucows purchased Enom last month? http://www.tucows.com/tucows-inc-to-acquire-enom-from-rightside/

I don't have any intention of trying to map out the code to change this but it is discouraging and I guess I shouldn't use any 3rd party modules / plugins anymore for this reason.

Blesta 4.X beta with trial? cPanel extended
evolvewh replied to jae's question in Pre-Sales Questions
You're talking about the same way that cPanel Extended lets the admin turn off certain cPanel features in the client area, right? -
Thanks for the info. I'll wait for now and see what CyanDark releases for 4.0 and go from there.
-
Is there an easy way or a solution coming to switch between modules? We have cPanel Extended setup from CyanDark but now I see that the Github repo is gone and I'm afraid we are going to have to switch back to the core cPanel module. If I'm not mistaken, I'll have to manually enter every clients service by adding a new one (to assign it to the core cPanel module) and cancel the cPanel Extended service. Is that correct?

Blesta 4.X beta with trial? cPanel extended
evolvewh replied to jae's question in Pre-Sales Questions
Sorry to hijack this thread. I'm a bit concerned that this repo for cPanel Extended doesn't exist either. It's going to cause a lot of work if we have to switch to another cPanel module. Maybe it's time to go back to the core cPanel module and stop using 3rd party for this reason. -
There are areas that can be greatly improved with the domains that go beyond actually ordering a new one. They've been discussed in other topics on the forum.
-
I didn't want to label it as a bug but whatever fields are required should be noted as missing. I'll have to look for it but there was a thread talking about what should be required and the number of characters as well.
-
If someone doesn't properly submit the form to create an account during checkout, the error messages provided are not very intuitive. Shouldn't this error message say 'Please enter a first name, Please enter a last name, Please enter an address', etc for any missing fields that are required?

That would work or even to add the option of 'delete' to the update status option and then they are gone immediately. Whatever is easiest I suppose unless you want to have this more elaborate feature (which is really nice sounding, btw).

I know it's about priority and time. Personally, I want to see the domains before ticket deleting but I don't want to undermine the importance of CORE-1589 either. Mainly wanted to keep this task in the spotlight as well.
-
Based on Paul's reply above, CORE-1589 isn't coming anytime soon. The task has been created but that appears to be it for now.

I do agree and I would have to imagine that it would help increase your sales while allowing the end user to have more flexibility. These types of changes can be implemented without making the system bloated or by adding clutter to the interface.

I'm OCD for one! We receive a lot of emails that are newsletters or even occassional spam that is sent to sales@ which is open to non clients and clients. We'd also like to easily clean up tickets from 2-3+ years for website development projects that we no longer need. It can be done manually but that's not a solution for everyone using Blesta. I personally feel that the Blesta user should have to option to delete or keep the support tickets that they want based on how they choose to run their business.
-
Still no plans to add this feature to the core anytime soon?

There was a task created and completed for v4.0 to disable the payment button after it's clicked the first time. We've run into the same issue.

With the addition of the new 'System' and 'Company' tabs, it would be a nice improvement if the active tab was shown in a subtle highlighted color. Just a thought but I think it makes it easier for users to know where they are in the system.

I just decided to get these numbers from Quickbooks instead. Thanks for tying to help me out.
-
It looks like a good tool but not exactly what I'm looking for. The client wants to know the total of all invoices they pay on an annual basis. This plugin appears to show a debit and credit of each invoice so if they're all paid, the balance would just show $0.
-
Where do I find that?
-
I'm hoping someone can help out with this. I have a client wanting to know the total of all of their invoices paid on a yearly basis so I'm looking into creating a custom report since it's not available elsewhere. Is anyone able to help out and point me in the right direction to the query I need to write? We're using Blesta v3.6.2 with no additional 3rd party plugins installed. Thanks!

Forgot about that. Thank you!
