  4. Since upgrading to 3.4 we have found that clients & admin's can create a support ticket and an email notification is received by the client and admin people in that department but its not logged in the blesta panel. See attached. There should be 4 open tickets.
  5. Hi mediagin Yes mate, they only way i could get it work was to change the cron to lynx -dump 'https://www.mydomain.com/cron/?cron_key=1234abc' Replace mydomain.com to your domain & the cron key to yours. Thanks

    Cron Stuck

    We have upgraded blesta to 3.4 & at random times the cron process never finishes. I have kill the process on the command line. Anyone else having the same problem?

  10. Hi Paul Sorry for the delay, Yes we have GD library installed. We are running php in CGI module Version 5.4.35 GD Version 2.1.0 The logo shows on PDF's if you login to the control panel and view that way. Its just via email that's the problem '

  12. My logo is missing on invoices that have been automatically generated. The logo has worked in the past. It's strange as it's been fine up and till a couple of weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I haven't changed anything.

  19. I have changed $connectData["osrs_environment"] = "TEST"; $connectData["osrs_host"] = "horizon.opensrs.net"; to $connectData["osrs_environment"] = "PROD"; $connectData["osrs_host"] = "rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net"; in opensrs.php and its worked. Thanks
  20. I have sniffed the connection at the firewall and i can see the plugin hitting the IP address 216.40.33.60. The reverse PTR is tell me that its horizon.opensrs.net. Looks like the plugin is stuck in sandbox mode.
  21. In log_modules I can see horizon.opensrs.net in the url field. I haven't got sandbox enabled.

PauloV I have the correct username, key and i have created a salt. but it keeps coming up with The API Username and Key combination appear to be invalid, or your Opensrs account may not be configured to allow API access. I have spoken to opensrs and they confirm i have the correct details & my server ip address is in the api access. Any ideas?
