Thanks I mean video tutorial I am pulling my hair , So much time I have to spend to learn blesta because in many ways the terms as I used to learn in whmcs is different to go through all documentation is difficult, I have eyes problem, Please help me get hold of some solid video tutorials if any

I can find some video tutorials searching in internet but do you recommend any blesta video tutorials complete how how to use it? Not just installation or upgrade but creating packages and others? Thanks

Hi I upgraded my installation with the patch but in my own installation I did not have vultr so I just ignored it. Am I ok? or did I need to create a folder and upload those too? \components\modules\vultr

what is upload directory in https://mydomain.com/admin/settings/system/general/basic/ how to define payment type for paypal in https://mydomain.com/admin/settings/system/general/paymenttypes/ What is hostname here? https://mydomain.com/admin/settings/system/companies/edit/1/ And can I just use my main domain? my domain that my blesta is installed is http://subdomain.mydomain.com. Do I need to put hostname sbdomain.mydomain.com or I can just enter mydomain.com ? what effect the hostname has on my blesta overall function?

Yes and this is what I did for most of my templates except the one that I wnat customers to have the option to reply for example payment not paid templates can have a real email address so customers can reply however password reset successful templates can have donotreply@mydomain.com

I want to buy additional company extension and create two sites with different business modle and pricing but the only problem that right now I need to know how to solve is how to have two paypal accounts ? Any body can give me an idea? For the first company my company name should do fine as I have registration certificate but what about the other site? I come up with a new identity but surely that can not be registered localy as new company and paypal would not give business account

Probably a simple question . my blesta is in my subdomain so any automated email address sent has my subdomain in from How to change it? Right now I receive emails from support@my.blabla.com where to change it so emails come from support@blabla.com thanks

It worked this way "|/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/my/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/my/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php"

Just in case some body else get into trouble with this I simply chose another port and it is resolved port 25 worked

I use amazon smtp and it works on my main domain wordpress but my blesta is in subdomain and tried to use amazon but I get [php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known #0]

I never liked directadmin perhaps I have to get rid of it once and for all Not still same error

I did go to forwarder in directadmin but I get Error creating forwarder Details String contains an invalid email address: /usr/bin/php /home/my/domains/domain.com/public_html/my/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php

Guys My blesta is on subdomain something like http://billing.mydomain.com to be able to use an email like sales@mydomain.com I won't be able to use piping right? because I can only use piping within my subdomain so I would only be OK to use piping if I choose an email like sales@billing.mydomain.com Am I right? if so What email handling to choose?

I hate to expose my billing software staff email . All those emails some day might attract spam. Please find another solution . or please let me know I can get rid of it . It is nice that customers have that option but there must be some additional way too

Any body can help me install Mailparse in Directadmin?
