Blesta have it on their to-do list but it would be after 4.1 sometime as 4.0 is in development and then 4.1 is aimed at the domain manager.

You need to explain a bit more what you mean by adding a sub menu under Billing. As it sounds like you are making a plugin and adding a menu, you can add as many subs on the admin as you need as we have two for one plugin, but I believe you are limited to one on a client side.

It's because it's sent to the owner of the account. Any replies / tickets are sent to the account holder and contact accounts which have access to the support.

Closed as it's not a bug, the client nav link is saved into the database on installation of the plugin so the language it's installed in is the default. Please see: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4461-offline-payment-name-not-translated/?p=33309

Nice but probably best if you made it open in the tab or new tab not a little box. There's also no link to your order page...? And if you are using a server list maybe it would be better if you had Blesta Connect - Server Name not all in one line.

It depends on how you set the order form up and if you have a fraud checker. On the order form there's a checkbox called: Require Manual Review and Approval of All Orders If that's checked all orders require you too manually provision them. To do that, go to Billing > order widget. If you don't have it go to Manage Widgets on the left.

Sorry about my post before shows how much I know . I don't use Maxmind but this is what my setting was when I used it: So my maxmind will only review a order with a score between 10-30, if it's 30+ it's rejected. I also didn't allow Proxies but I did allow free domains. I gave up on MaxMind as it didn't do much in my opinion and went to FraudLabsPro. Now I have moved to FraudRecord by cubedata.net as it does a much better job at preventing fraud.

My Info > Notices > Reports If you don't have any: Settings > System > Staff > Staff groups > Admin: edit tick the boxes at the bottom.

Ok do you have two cron jobs or did you move your installation that's the only other reason the automatic ones would be sending twice.

Never heard or had this happen to me so I can't say but are you double clicking the send button when you are making a reply?

Have you enabled the notices -> Settings > System > Staff > Staff Groups > Admin: edit then tick the boxes. Then you and them if you want notices to be emailed to you, click My Info and then notices, tick the boxes you want.
