Took a while for a reply, I recommend ditching Google, have a nice vps with mailinabox set-up and use that with Barracuda. And your SPF should look something like: Blesta: v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:IP-Address include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all Ours: v=spf1 ip4:IPv4-address ip6:IPv6-address mx -all The MX -all is probably what you want, and the IPv4 / v6 are your server IPs.

Do you have teamviewer so I can see what you see and see what's going on?

Closing as not a bug, look at the bottom right.

According to Google that's: An internal error occurred . The module line is not available . So it could be one of these issues: 1. No order form payment gateways selected. 2. You installed the module twice by mistake (double clicking the install by mistake).

You can do what Paul said, re-upload the files for Blesta. Or if you have cPanel, edit a file and you can see what it's encoded in: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/file-manager/understanding-character-encoding-in-the-code-editor-of-cpanel

If the encoding of the file is not correct weird symbols go in the files which effect the API calls. If you don't wish to try it that's up to you.

you only need port 21, port 22 is SFTP / SSH, and they might have changed the port number.

I don't think they limit the card types on Blesta it depends on Stripe. All Blesta checks is the number, expiry date and CVC number. Stripe is what you need to check with: https://support.stripe.com/questions/which-cards-and-payment-types-can-i-accept-with-stripe

Don't you have a control panel? Isn't there a option for FTP there? if not I recommend you migrate to a better provider. FTP normally comes as standard.

All of them they need to be utf-8 else weird symbols crop up. I could be wrong though but I assume that's why.

How the hell did you guess that from a home directory lol The only thing I could get was cPanel because public_html. Have a look at this: http://open.litespeedtech.com/mediawiki/index.php/Help:Install:Quick_Install_WordPress there's something about the virtual host with rewrite so that should if possible help .

You failed to tell us what you are using, you said "no problems when switching back to apache" so what are you using? Nginx, Http/2, LiteSpeed, Air
-
May I ask how many times are you going to bloody ask? Once a month? Twice a month, once a week? It will be in beta when it's finished you can follow it here: http://dev.blesta.com/projects/CORE/versions/10603

Andy has taken on from Bear, because from his signature on the Helpdesk I take he is now a Administrator (red) and has been bitten by bear so he believe he now works for both even though he's supposed to be a non bias WHT moderator / admin.

Blesta ships with plugins, if they are disabled they won't work, if you install them the links set by the plugin can be used. Browse the system and see what it adds.

Again, if you are using the editing portal, you use that tutorial . If you use the Admin tools, you click on Pages and put the content in there, I haven't used it for that purpose so I'm useless there but their thread will help you, you can post comments there and the developer will help.

I really hate him now hope he rots in hell in the future he doesn't deserve to go in heaven for being a bias sad idiot who doesn't understand donate. Let's hope he never ever comes to the UK. If he did and he "donated" to the Children in need, and his name went up on TV saying thank you. I would slag him off on WHT and claim he had a "financially-influenced relationship" with a charity in the UK.

that's because you use .htaccess and if you remove it then everything goes index.php/admin/ index.php/plugin/support_manager/ you have to edit the portal plugin content Settings > Company > Plugins > portal: Manage that will edit the index page. You can install edited versions of the portal (takes a bit of editing) or you can do what you said in the second and third post. Use the edit of the portal which you set the page name and it should show the page at domain.com/page-name. That's something you have to post in their thread related to the plugin so the developer can help you. The above. I can't tell you because I need to know what you are using, I can only help you with the default Blesta or plugins I use / make.

It's not recommended because it's hard and can break things but you can see: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1733-short-order-routes/ But I don't have experience and don't recommend it so I can't help much further with that.
-
The order forms are in Packages > Order forms > edit. The others can be found by clicking on the portal boxes. Or logged in and then click on the urls on the blesta black navigation.

It's deceased correct and removed in 4.0.

Andy is really getting to be a tosser, he used to be ok until he changed his name. Donations are normally a one off and not paid but donations is he really that thick. I hope he reads this because he really is a cunt. There's a 42 year old guy called "twhiting9275" who is allowed to slag Blesta off in any post he wants. But he used to work with WHMCS. Now if that was me and you, we would be flagged up and banned / infracted but he can willing and freely do it. Double standards and they know it. http://www.hostingdiscussion.com/billing-accounting/41849-whats-your-longest-wait-time-whmcs-support.html#post191333 http://www.hostingdiscussion.com/billing-accounting/41849-whats-your-longest-wait-time-whmcs-support.html#post191352
