Check the paypal payment on your account is it pending? They will warn you never to issue a server yet until it's active and that's a PayPal security check. You can phone them up about it.

Have you set-up the IPN url? That's good for a fallback url even though Blesta posts it automatically to PayPal.

May I ask what payment gateway are you using? Is the cron set-up? Is the order form set to Manual provision?

And to add to the above since your using cPanel you should go to: Mail > Mail Forwarders > Pipe to program. Then paste in the command from Blesta, I believe cPanel is /usr/local/bin/php not /usr/bin/php so if you replace that and save, if the hashbang hasn't been added it will do it for you.

Piping should work out of the box and nothing needs root minus cPanel module which uses the API hash. What you need to tell us what have you done and what control panel you are using if you use one?

You're welcome mate, not stupid at all CloudFlare claims to help speed sites and stop attacks (with their premium plans) but they are just useless. But saying that thankfully you are back online and back in business, and that's the main thing.

You make me laugh but I'm not going to derail his thread further since it's a module and it looks great. But Blesta's support and upgrades isn't a must have. It's optional. If your out and you don't have a subscription on paypal your clients can't make orders, you can't just swap the module to the default either. If it's support and updates after a one-time that's brilliant they don't have to pay it but they can't upgrade to the next version or get help from the developer. Win-Win. Your comparing forced payments (Yearly Module) vs optional payments (Blesta Support and Updates).
