Check your cron job it should be: /usr/local/bin/php I use 777 on the uploads but it has to be "outside" the public_html so it's not available to the public.

Right since you haven't answered me about checking if their username is correct and that it works for yourself. Here I'll test it myself. Your web server.

Have you tried another browser and checked their account for them to ensure 1. their username is their email address and 2. Check the client mail log for a Password reset.

I can't help sorry on server issues but check if the uploads folder is set-up correctly settings > system > general

Correct under Billing > Reports > Custom you can set a SQL so you can grab the invoice IDs and remove the ones in the table unless you can work out how to do this: Grab the invoice_id's from the invoices table only if they aren't in the invoice_delivery table. Paul would be able to help more when he's online

Hi there there is a import tool for WHMCS on Blesta or do you mean you can't select what to import? And as for the main question I don't think you can unless the invoice_delivery can be used to add the invoices and put them as "paper". But that would need a bit of editing so a report could work if you know mysql to find the invoice_id for the imported ones.

I'm not sure if we get this too, but say if I have a service expiring on the 3/3/2016 and I cancel it on the 6/3/2016 when the renewal date is 1/4/2016 (when it will be invoiced again), will that schedule the cancellation on the 1/4/2016 or 1/5/2016?
