they can manage it by clicking manage on the service row and also clicking the row on the services box for a log in link. The cPanel Extended has more features / options on the manage screen.

you can't import client accounts you have to do them one by one and unticking the use module so it doesn't try and create them again.

if you don't have shell access to the ftp server where the backups will go use port 21. I believe the server running Blesta needs mysql something to do the backup

Just uploaded the 1.2.0 screenshots as it's completed, we're just waiting for a beta (guinea pig) to test the upgrade for us to ensure it works 100% smoothly and we will add 1.2.0 to the download manager for new and current customers.

You use the server path, so if it's a folder in root like us you put /foldername/

Should be ready soon just importing the db and then move back to the blestacms 1.1.2 ready to try the improved one after Abdy has tested it first haha ;). If needed you can PM me here and I can re-issue it for you.

You can do that to any package but what config options where dedicated to the thesslstore aka like solusvm you can set OS / Extra IPs.
