  1. These are tips you might wish to use. 1. Use a different colour theme per company, so you know which one your on. 2. Open both (Or more) companies in other tabs so you can view tickets for both. You know support tickets are hard to handle with more than one company as they all look the same? Put your troubles away go to: /settings/company/emails/templates/ Then click on Staff Ticket Updated In the Subject put the following: Company Name - Update to Ticket {ticket.code} That way they come into your inbox as: Company 1 - Update to Ticket 1234567 Company 2 - Update to Ticket 4567890 Company 1 - Update to Ticket 0987653 Company 1 - Update to Ticket 5678922 Company 2 - Update to Ticket 4567219 Etc. I find these tips helpful and maybe you will too.

    Mate his domain isn't yourdomain lol and the admin/upgrade is the way to upgrade. However he accidentally overwritten the blesta.php which is why he managed to re-install it

    Great job you didn't overwrite your theme, I did that once haha I was half asleep and upgraded and then I was like Oh F*** lol and thankfully I had a half done backup. Since then I always do it that way above.

    Sorry to hear that, however Cody did state how to patch (Well gave a link) http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/831-release-301/#entry6854 However it's your first time, do you have any backups mate? Also what I do is upload the files to the server in a upload folder. I then remove the routes.php from the /config/ folder to keep my admin and client area saved. Then I go to /app/views/clients/ and rename default to default-3.0.1 that way it won't overwrite the custom theme. Then move the files over to the public_html Then run the /upgrade/ Hopefully this will help you in the future .

  20. I've not tried it mate, but if a admin gives a coupon and it's not for their product their fault haha Also mate will this be fixed on 3.0.1? Hopefully no customers come on here

    Have you gave your admin group permission to the admin usergroup. What piping way are you submitting? Are you using cPanel, direct admin?

  25. Oh I've re-read his, I believe he's looking for a section for tickets like a ticket widget on the homepage. I thought Kyle was talking about the one on the homepage for the clients. Woops.
