How was I slagging the billing system off? I was stating the facts for new people, just because you got it when they released it with everything doesn't mean you can call me a lier, just browse WHT and you can everything about it, daily changes and they wouldn't cooperate with WHT with license transfers, which is why no-one respects him except loyal customers who got it first and doesn't need bug fixes. Anyway Back to Blesta. You can't expect everything done overnight. That's a fact of life.

They used to be all included in HB until the owner flipped his head. He now charges for everything he can stick a price tag on. But because Blesta isn't as big, Blesta's getting slated here and there from WHM** customers to HB customers. Until they have to move or close up shop because their billing system got exploited or so buggy nothing works.

Yep you did: - Plesk - Logicboxes - SolusVM - Import Manager Stability and security is what Blesta focus on than shipping loads of modules with loads of bugs. The best way to do a product in my opinion.

Upload folder url should just be /home/username/uploads/

Is it a new ticket? old ones wouldn't of been saved as they couldn't of been uploaded? If it's a new ticket, open your uploads folder and make a new folder called 1 "That's your company number by default unless you have more" Then inside that 1 make a new folder called support_manager_files "That's where your support manager will upload your attachments" eg: uploads/1/support_manager_files

You need a uploads folder, if you haven't got one. To set this up you need /home/username/uploads/ if you have the uploads folder outside the public_html folder for security, else you need it as /home/username/public_html/uploads or /home/username/public_html/billing/uploads/

Please go to: /admin/settings/system/staff/editgroup/1/ at the bottom there is a box called: Email BCC Notices tick the boxes for that usergroup. Then check the link in the other post.

You can /myinfo/notices/ tick boxes you wish.

They can attach them in tickets. I've had clients uploading .pdt files to tickets, etc.

Well what registrar are you using for them? You would need to make your own order form, and the universal module for non se. OR you could do this: /components/modules/logicboxes/config/logicboxes.php And add this to the end: , ".se" And then it will show up on the front end and the backend making packages.

I can't find it, however I believe you will probably end up editing: /components/invoice_templates/default_invoice/default_invoice_pdf.php or the language file in /components/invoice_templates/default_invoice/language/en_us/default_invoice.php Paul, Cody and Tyson can help you though .

Haha I'm a Blesta fan and that's how I roll

Welcome Jon to the community, They are going to be doing a GoCardless module as I'm aware as we had a list of features we needed to get though and I believe me and another member or two wanted the GoCardless, however because it's not needed as much as a few other modules, we will need to wait a while before they think about it. However I believe they are looking into the DuoSecurity and unlike the competitors that will be part of the default system. Knowing my luck DuoSecurity is already implanted like the Yubikey is, as they use Two Factor Auth however they need to convert the codes. But Paul, Cody or Tyson will need to fill you in on this. The marketplace hasn't started yet as it's a big enough project as it is just for that, and other features like Enom modules, WHM** Importers etc. So they are first in line priority wise as most of the users need them. So bare with us while the fantastic team progress though these and it will be worth the wait. See you around the community .

Haha I love Macs but I'm not rich enough to get one so the PC will suit me fine. However I felt the same when I went on Blesta 2.5 as I was used to using the rubbish people call WHM**. It was easy when I found out where everything is, however I believe the 3.0 is much easier to use than 2.5 the way everything is organised, and I believe it's probably because I've used it from the beta b1.
