On account.blesta.com go to the license key and click on manage, tick the box and then click save.

I wouldn't know mate, sorry I don't touch my database without the developers telling me it's safe as I could muck something up and loose business.

The best suggestion I can offer here, is move your current v3 to another folder (then re-issue the license). Then install a fresh v3 install using the trial. Get the style copied over from the other v3, and then re-issue the license / to your new location, update the key and then do the fresh import.

Are they themes from the colour selector or themes by editing the structure.pdt?

I'd remove your v3 database / install and re-install and re-import as you've got new data it would spit errors out. However before you do so, ensure your v2.5.4 has been put into Maintenance so no orders can go though it haha.

You can do so by installing the v3. (Feel free to move the v2.5 files to another folder, as you only need the config.php). In the inc/config.php file you need the AESKEY. /* Setting up the Blesta v3.0.3 */ Ok so Install v3 (30 day trial or the owned- / monthly- key) and install it on a FRESH database (Keeping your old one un-touched). /* Installing plugins needed for a smooth import */ Then set it all up (Install the support manager plugin & Import manager plugin). /* Time to do the import from 2.5 ---> 3.0.3 */ Then go to Settings > Plugins > Import Manager. Then click on the 2.5 link. Database Host: localhost Database Name: username_blesta2.5 Database User: username_blesta2.5 Database Password: password_for_database AESKEY: Key from the inc/config.php Replace the above with the Blesta 2.5 Database information. Then follow the information on the import (Create the packages automatically or you can match them [Matching means making them on Blesta 3.0 and then selecting them from the dropdown boxes to match the old ones]) Hope it helps.

That would mate but then they can't use the same email address as another account.

You should be able to INSERT whatever into a database mate, but that's the only way I can think of.

My maxmind isn't working then mate, I only get Transactions and services on mine, even though I put my license key for Maxmind in.

The first invoice is sent out on the next cron, then it's sent out on the set renew date. I believe you can via the API. -

I think two emails might not piped probably before we fixed it, so when they piped over they broke. I could be wrong mate, but yeah it said Open (1) with no tickets on display, until I removed the one you helped me and closed the one I found opened. But nothing else has happened before or after haha.

Haha feel free it's what most of us webhosts use. What fields are you looking at removing, I'm sure the dev's can help you turn them off for you.

You are probably looking for this mate: admin/settings/company/customfields/ That allows you to make fields for general (or another group) and you select the same group on the registration form. Then on registration they will be asked them questions. I use them for "How did they find us?" and their date of birth.

Nope that was a weird junk ticket. I deleted the one you helped me with, and it still showed the Active (1) after the crons had ran, so I thought I'd look for a open ticket. That's when I came across that, I closed it, looked my my ticket dashboard and it showed Active (0). Weird haha.

Thank you mate, just need the cron to run now to remove the active (1) now it's the first time this has happened so probably not part of the bug

I've just replaced the file, F5'ed the tickets and nothing changed mate, how can I remove it mate as I think it's just glitched haha.
