Ah I wasn't sure what the op was talking about yeah I use the way Tyson said for selling blesta licenses for the key.

I'm not sure it depends on the contract between starlight and whm** like with Modulesgarden their agreement to only do their modules. Also I believe there was talks about a Blesta Livechat in the future . So you may be in luck but it's just talks.

Yeah I couldn't wait for a importer for v3 I wanted off that system before anything happened, thankfully I missed all this and could just worry about my mates who use that system.

Yeah if you don't have a big installation, you can just re-make the packages on Blesta, then install the support module. And then just import everything. But your services will need to be done manually as-well. So it's a bit time consuming but if you want to get off that system like I did, Import from WHM** to Blesta 2.5, then import from 2.5 to Blesta 3.0.

You need to remake the account on Blesta, in the MG thread you might see I had that issue.

Yes you can do one of the following: Bought the license from Blesta? Go into your client area and re-issue the license. Bought the license from a Distribution? Contact them via Ticket and they can re-issue your license for you. Ps: if it's a Blesta 2.5 license, you will need to contact Blesta (Or your provider) to get the domain changed.

Doesn't seem to change anything on my side in ways of function, but I thought maybe it's the core version like we got when we paid, so I saved my little edit for anyone who want's to use it to. It doesn't have a nice button to log into WHM (For resellers that might be bother) so here is a little tweak to do so. Not sure I believe it's better to have both fields filled, so if their email provider doesn't handle HTML they get the text version. I'm sure that's what Paul said before. If you send both sections filled is everything ok?
