  2. You can't see it but if you click the manage link, you'll see it. /first number is the client id/service id
  3. You can make the packages first, as you can match them in the installation. No need to do the rest as they will be imported so you'll have more than one admin / etc.
  4. Maybe a little button you can press to check that the licensekey is valid and connections to the maxmind server are successful. Not sure if that's possible.

I would like to suggest we have a banned status (We have a Active, Inactive, Fraud Status at the moment) but when a user is classed as Fraud, they can still make support tickets, and I'm not sure if they can make new orders. We don't have any other way of removing rude customers. Eg: False information on account, acted like a immature person opening a ticket in gibberish. Closed ticket, set customer as fraud... Few minutes later another support ticket from that client. In the end had to ban them in the firewall.
  8. I'm not sure what you mean, do you mean without buying a domain? because when your are ordering hosting you have to put a domain name in a field for it to work. Doesn't have to be bought with you.

  14. Nope because if you update the packages, the accounts don't function, you need to re-make them.

Ok can you uninstall the importer, then re-install it, then go to the plugins folder public_html/plugins/ and remove the import_manager Download this: http://licensecart.com/public/import_manager_custom.zip upload it to that folder and extract it. Then go to the import manager and click 5.2 does it come up white? If it does then it's a server issue. Mine shows up as normal on my install.

  23. Yeah that's the same thing as the piping, I've been told they are looking into it but it's not programmed to change the status yet .
