It all depends on the control panel you have... cPanel = you need to do it via EasyApache and the Pecl addons. Non panel = yum install php-pecl-mailpharse -y

No module has a import feature yet. And you shouldn't need to as you can add them manually and untick use module.

There's a feature request for GoCardless but it's not supported yet, we ourselves do it manually.

The Enom module only provisions domains sorry. It should work with .ca but I've never used it.

It sounds like the currency values aren't correct because it thinks the credits are less than the total for the invoice so it wants you to check a gateway for the remainder.
