That's weird and you can activate it on your Blesta by unticking the "use module" checkbox mate.

Not sure if this is possible but I thought it could be unique and cool, for a paid feature or even included as the core. What I was thinking on the bus was a training plugin, so when you've set it up, staff are greeted with a step by step on how to use Blesta. 1. Your account. 2. How to make a package. 3. How to reply to a ticket. and more but with arrows and boxes with content, and arrows to go though it. Good for teaching new staff / staff how to use the billing system, and if it was a good idea and part of the core, could be after installation showing the users around, so they can get the hang out it straight out the box and get up and running. I was thinking of like a overflow on top.

Say what you like, but soon Blesta will have a encoded copyright somewhere so you can't remove it yourself, I and my team check all my customers installations, and anyone who has removed it and not paid for it, get suspended. Some distributions only sell Unbranded licenses. The guys on the forum who ask me, have been here since the Beta and the $99 promotion which is unbranded, so that's how I know they are allowed to.

I've never heard of it, and I've not heard about it on the forum haha, your best bet would be to open a feature request mate.

Yeah sorry but for a software company with 3 main guys, it's hard for them to answer loads of tickets within a day, they are doing the Blesta product / modules etc as-well. I always recommend the forum for support as you never know us members and the guys might have already answered your question. Set your administrator groups to get emails. admin/settings/system/staff/editgroup/1/ Tick all them boxes. Then go to: admin/myinfo/notices/ And tick the boxes you want to be alerted to. For activations I recommend the (Account Registration [if their password is hidden]) & the Invoice Delivery (Paid) That one gives you confirmation that they have paid their invoice and awaiting to be activated.

I think they had that on VBulletin, you could vote on items.

Hello guys, Just came to me, that client's can't change their password for their cPanel account on their client area. I wonder if this could be possible on both: cPanel, cPanel Extended, and InterWorx if that doesn't have it too.

I agree with you mate, you have to go through the options to get back to active. You don't want to cancel the service when you try to go back to active. But I would like a Banned status, which stops them ordering more & opening tickets.
