It could be your currency exchange causing this. Go to settings > currencies Untick all except Allow Client to Set Currency Automatically Update Exchange Rates If you have them ticked then ensure your packages only have USD set and also try swapping Google to Yahoo. Then update rates then change back to Google.

When people are registering it would be nice to verify that there is something in the fields. I've had a few customers who have signed up to my services without an address.

Yeah no-one can use the install.php after it's installed because Blesta is clever. I take it your using the 3.0.5 files. Would you be able to post here the PHP, Mysql and OS here for the developers, so they can find the issue faster for you. I don't think it is the IP myself, because I've installed trials on the same IP but different domain name's before.

Might be the issue, cpanel module has been playing up for resellers I believe the guys said. Although my customer using blesta doesn't have issues. I think he's using the cpanel extended module though.

Are you a reseller or using root as the username?
