I've always wanted this on every billing system I've used (WHM** and now Blesta) but none have this functionality, so it would be cool if Blesta did it first . I've always wanted to accept orders from Verfied users as it's a sign of trust. However the system's don't have it. Maybe this could be a big selling point to get people to move. Then only users passed as Verified can place orders. Or: [ ] Manually approve unverified accounts. [ ] Accept from Verified Only. Just a idea but I would love this myself. You can look in the cron logs, but it's normal for it to show show that for a while, it auto-fixes itself, I don't believe there's errors in the cron it just doesn't recognize it. Me and my mate had it in Beta, and two customers of mine had it and it fixed itself for them, just vanished.

I'm not sure, I get a error too, but not sure if it's because my install isn't set-up to be live. It's just the IP.

Get a order, go to the dashboard -> customers -> add the customer -> assign to the package -> save it, let the customer authorize the payment and pays now. -> Done.

Are you using cPanel. Make a email address via cPanel > Mail > Email Accounts. Then go to the cPanel > Mail > Forwarders Add forwarder Then enter: Address to Forward: Emailaddress @domain.com Advanced Options. Pipe to a Program: /usr/bin/php /home/username/public_html/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php plugin/support_manager/ticket_pipe/index/1 Add Forwarder. ---- Make sure the department has it set-up: Go to: admin/plugin/support_manager/admin_departments/ Edit the department Email: youremail @domain.com (From above) Select piping. Done. ---- On the templates just enter the email you wish them to come from. -
That's the importer document for 2.5, you could do that and then import over to 3.0. Or you can work on the new importers, if you know PHP have a look at their WHM** importer and see how it's done, I'm working on a BoxBilling one myself but it's a big complicated for my skills. So it's taking me a bit longer to get to grips with BoxBilling. Paul, Cody and Tyson can help you though. Good luck .

admin/plugin/order/admin_forms/settings/ are you using MaxMind? If yes, what are your settings? admin/settings/company/groups/edit/1/ do you have this ticked: [Automatically Provision Paid Pending Services] admin/settings/company/automation/ = [Provision Paid Pending Services] Ticked and set to run every 5 minutes? admin/settings/system/automation/ = Update cron key and then run cron.

Do you have any logs on the crons to which service is halting it? Also on the order form have you selected review manually? As that won't process the orders.

Sorry to bring up a old thread, but did you buy your license with Licensecube? When I checked their site it says unavailable and they aren't authorised to sell them, so just wondering if you still have it with them . PS: found this thread on Google searching haha.

So if you wanted to show the breakdown of a price instead of the full value for APIs Monthly: $2.00 Yearly: $12.00 Shows on site / billing system: $1.00 or: Month: $2.00 Yearly: $1.00 (Saving 50%) Just an idea, some companies do that on their websites so might help them. Maybe a option to show that price instead of the normal price on the cart.

I was just thinking about changing staff titles and thought it would be cool if there was a feature to edit staff titles: Eg: Michael Dance - Chief Executive Callum S.... - Director of Operations Ones without a custom title get the default "Support Staff". So on a ticket: [Picture] [Full Name] [staff Title]or[support Staff]

Sounds good, I like the idea of splitting a invoice. You can on Blesta by deleting a line or editing a value and create a new one with the other values. -
You don't understand, it's not Blesta's fault Google changed their API recently.. they don't work for Google.
